The Cared policy for returns and exchanges is simple.
We ONLY accept unused, and sealed items, in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.
You will have to return the products to our address by courier service at your own expense.
However, there are certain product types* that are excluded from returns.
In addition, in some cases, only a partial refund is given.

Returns are possible in certain cases
Once your form for returns is submitted, it may take our team up to 5 business days to process your request. Our team will inform you once your refund is authorized. Your funds will be transferred to the original payment method (either bank transfer or credit/debit card).
Returns that are late or have not been submitted on time (if applicable)
In any rare case if you did not receive your refund, please check with your bank once more, before approaching us, as it may take some time for the refund to show up officially.

Any promotional items offered
Only products that are not on sale can be returned; items that are marked at a special price are not eligible for returns.
Exchange (if necessary)
We only exchange items that are defective or have been damaged. In case you wish to exchange the received item for any one of the same kinds, please make sure to email us and ship the item to Cared using a trackable delivery service.
Shipping
In any case of return and exchange, shipping costs must be covered by the customer. You must deliver the package to our original address bearing the shipment costs.
