Cared is currently shipping nationwide.

Yes, you can order any product from Cared online and get it delivered to your doorstep in Pakistan.

Cared accepts the following:

  • COD (Cash on Delivery)
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/Debit card
  • Jazz cash/easy paisa

Cared offers free shipping on invoices above Rs.5000. If the invoice is below this amount, a flat amount of 199 will be charged for all locations within Pakistan.

Cared is passionate about delivering your order as fast as it can. It takes us 6-8 business days, but it's our bad that due to distance, local holidays, and weather a rare delay of 1-2 business days may occur.

Please contact our customer service team within three hours of receiving the order. Send us pictures of the original receipt, the damaged product, and the packaging. Our customer service team will pay you a discount coupon (depending on the extent of damage) as a replacement for the product.

Cared supplies 100% authentic and genuine products. We buy our products directly from the brands themselves and their direct dealers/importers. We source products from various countries such as the USA, Europe, and Great Britain.

You can track your order and check the status of your package by visiting our Cared website and viewing your delivery history via email, reference number, or login.
We wish you could, but, according to our policy, we don’t entertain returns and exchanges after 7 days.
